Yesim tested and refined her authentic cooking skills in Antalya province prior coming to Boston. Antalya is a Mediterranean coastal city with delicious food and sunny warm weather.
Dolma Boston started in Yesim’s tiny kitchen and has now grown into its current location in Brookline, MA.
Yesim’s goal is to serve the most authentic tastes possible while also reducing the amount of waste produced by large-scale food production. Here in Dolma we believe that by managing food sustainably we can conserve resources for our future generations!
