The Harbor Connector Commuter Service is a waterborne extension of the City of Baltimore's Charm City Circulator, a free-to-ride public transportation system. The service currently operates on two distinct routes servicing four designated stops or Landings. Harbor Connector One operates between Maritime Park and Locust Point. Harbor Connector Three operates between Pier Five and Federal Hill. Harbor Connector Two remains temporarily closed. The service operates continuously from 06:00 am to 8:00 pm Monday through Friday only. Vessels depart every fifteen minutes but may be delayed due to weather.
